All items are covered with our 14-day money back guarantee. If you don't like the item, you may return it back to us and we will proceed with the refund process. We require proof of purchase (order number) and the item must be returned to us in its original packaging with all parts and accessories. Shipping cost are non-refundable and the buyer shoulders the cost to return the item.
We will replace or repair where possible and refunds will be offered if replacement is not available. We will shoulder shipping cost for the replacement item. Faulty item may or may not be returned back to us depending on what you and our team have agreed.
Buyer must report within 3 days of receiving the damaged item. This will give us ample time to investigate. Failure to do so will void the warranty. Couriers have specific time frame in accepting claims if the item is proved to be damaged during transport. Buyer needs to send us photo/s reflecting the damage to the item. We will send a replacement at our cost.
