1.I have received my order but damaged during transit, what should I do?

Please notify us via email and attach photo/s of the actual parcel. We will send replacement or part to you if stock are available in warehouse. If not, we offer either partial refund or full refund based on the damage level.

2.How long will it take to deliver my order?

Our order processing cut-off time is 2pm. If your order and payment are cleared beyond 2pm, your order will be processed next business day. Delivery times vary depending on the size of the parcel.

* Big Parcels - North Island 1-2 days | South Island 2-3 days

3.How do I check my order status?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking links. From there, you can see the delivery status of your order in real time.

4.Can I pickup my order?

Yes you can pick-up. Please follow these easy steps --

1. After choosing the products you want, go to the checkout page by clicking this icon --

2. Choose the 'Click&Collect' option.

3. Once order has been paid, you will get email notification.

4. Arrange pick-up time so your item will be ready upon your arrival. You can do this through our 'Contact us' page here - http://www.crazydeal.co.nz/contact-us

Important: Our warehouse is not open for public to roam around. We have forklift operations inside. Please stay at the pick-up area to avoid untoward incidents.

5.The product I want is out of stock. What should I do now?

We try to keep up stock level with demand but some popular items may sell out fast.

* Back Order

   We can put your order as back order. Once new stock arrives, we will ship to you ASAP.

* Cancel Order

   Email customer service team to cancel order, we refund full amount to you.

6.Can I return the item and get refund if I change my mind?

Yes, we offer 14-day money back guarantee without asking any questions.

1. Notify us through email or phone call.

2. Provide your order number.

3. Print out courier ticket and stick on the return parcel with invoice (ensure you indicate return reason on return label at the bottom of invoice)

4. Return item arrives at warehouse and we process refund within 48 hours

* Return item needs to be in its original condition and packaging.

* Bank account number should be provided by customer to avoid refund delay.

Yes, you will see related accessories when you choose certain product. We offer combine postage. It is always great to do one stop shopping to save on postage cost.

2.How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

Please call us on 09-2815310 ASAP.

* If Order has not been dispatched yet

   We can manually change your delivery address.

* If Order has been dispatched

   You can ring courier company to change address. Please prepare your tracking number before contacting them. You may also call us, we can contact courier company on your behalf.

 

3.I place my order, but I want it to be delivered on a specific date, can I do that?

Yes, you can email us with your name, invoice number and specific date you want us to deliver. We will contact courier company to make sure they deliver to the date you want.
